Encrypted Everything
Your customers' medical history, IDs, and signatures are encrypted the moment they hit submit — and stay encrypted on our servers. Nobody can intercept it in between.
Staff See Only What They Need

Your Data Is Yours Alone

Signed Forms Can't Be Changed
Once a customer signs a release form, it's locked as a permanent PDF. If you update the template later, old signed forms stay exactly as they were.
Customer Identity Checks
Customers verify their identity with a one-time code before signing. ID photos are captured and only visible to authorized staff — not every employee.
Kiosk Lockdown
Your iPad kiosk is locked down with a passcode and biometrics. It auto-resets after each customer — no one can see the previous person's info.
